Assistant Manager, Business Growing

Perform data interpretation, provide analytics and insights, identifying gaps, and opportunities from data source within company business unit in APAC.

Prepare presentation and reports through data visualization based on the business requirements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their analytics needs, including business KPIs and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
- Assist in growing business portfolio via the creation and enhancement of propositions and central services by:

- To assist in the analysis of medical claim data from various markets to support the client servicing and decision making.
- To assist in providing analytical support for business functions including reinsurance reporting, sales of servicing, pricing, profit & loss analysis, portfolio management.
- To assist in improving and expanding the Tableau Platform; by working with technology vendors and business decision makers. This involves in forming the user requirement, UAT testing, prepare training materials, technical support to users.
- To liaise with the technology vendor in designing and developing the best data transfer and structures for onboarding the data to Tableau and in facilitating the development of front-end data analysis and tools for internal and external reporting including data visualization, dashboard creation, reporting generation and enhancing reporting to create a 360-degree view of our members, medical provider and partners.
- To visualize the data by prepare presentation slide and reports.
- To work with other Group’s functions and local business unit to understand and improve the process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or above degree in applied mathematics/actuarial science/computer science or statistics related background
- At least has 3 to 5 years of relevant analytical experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for the purpose of Data Analysis
- Experience in Microsoft Power Point for deck editing/preparation
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, good organizational, interpersonal, and team skill.
- Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment and across cultures.
- Strong and effective interpersonal relationship skills.
- Language:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good to have:

- Relevant experience in wellness/health or Insurance industry (Claims).
- SQL programming skills (MSSQL preferred).
- Tableau.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
