As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and dynamic Operations Executive to execute our operations efforts and drive our processes to new heights.
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the operational activities of the company, including customer service.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish operational goals and implement strategies to achieve them effectively.
- Continuously monitor and analyze operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficiency measures.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in all operational aspects.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
- Monitor and assess customer feedback and inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Provide regular reports and updates on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and areas of concern to management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, including safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and train new operations staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in operations management or a similar role, preferably in the online education sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and cooperation across departments.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a track record of motivating teams and driving results.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
