Operation Officer

**Location**:Kempas Baru
**Responsibilities**:
- Verify and check the order which received from Business Development Department.
- Counter check customer details, size for needed, type of lorry support and deadline.
- Job planning and scheduling.
- Close monitoring for driver movement to avoid any down time.
- Briefing and follow up with driver in order to meet the customer requirement and satisfaction.
- Order fulfilment.
- Involve in transport document acknowledgement and return.
- Assist to handle driver claim and reimbursement.
- Handle customer complaint.
- Prepare daily movement report.
- Any other duty which assigned by Operation Manager
- Liaise with Adm/HR Department for update the driver status and lorry status.
- Other duties as assign by Superior.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Logistic or related field
- Min 2 years’ experience in related field
- Logistics background and experience with Shipping is a plus
- Able to do job planning and scheduling
- Good communication, planning and execution skills
- Proactive, self-confidence and team player
- Willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
- Proficient in PC Applications particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
