- In this role of Senior Associate, Digital Goods, you will be challenged to envision and execute on an experience that realizes our vision of Digital Goods including all use case of top up, travel, etc. As a member of this team, you will develop and execute on the vision, strategy and roadmap to maintain regional Digital Goods business health and growth. You will also work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the superior experience of Digital Goods to all users via product and user management innovation. We are searching for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, broad-minded team leader to be part of our local team. Join like-minded, motivated individuals, hone in on your creativity as well as implement new initiatives within an environment of growth hacking hyper-scaling, and innovation**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to Head of LazadaPay Digital Goods, you will be responsible for:

- 1. Internalize and deeply understand Lazada’s mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of the LazadaPay Digital Goods. Distill vision and strategy for the team, get all members of cross-functional team aligned to deliver on the regional roadmap.
- 2. Develop strategy and tactics to drive substantive and measurable change in adoption rate, usage, penetration and scale through internal operations and product enhancements
- 3. Work with local and regional product and tech teams to build and improve the core user experience for Digital Goods at Lazada
- 4. Challenge all members of cross-functional team (tech and product development) to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans
- 5. Develop new ideas, business and solutions opportunities for LazadaPay Digital Goods with an eye towards improving experience and loyalty among users
- 6. Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into product development process.
- 7. Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal partners to all stakeholders
- 8. Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, category team, traffic, designer) for support to plan & execute Digital Goods programmes

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Experience in business and data analytics tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong logical thinking, imagination space and ability to design
- Ability to work in a regional matrix and with stakeholders on a variety of levels, enforcing standards and guidelines
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Tough mindset, self-driven go-getter
- Can take up an area of the work and really own up to the high bar
- Savvy data analytics skills
- Marketing and campaign operations experiences
- Bachelor degree in the Commerce, Science or Engineering disciplines
- Graphic design skill preferred but not required
