**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Screening and Interviews**:

- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
- **Offer Negotiation**:

- **Compliance and Documentation**:
Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company policies, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary documentation.
- **Market Research**:
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to enhance the hiring process.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

**You should have**:

- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or other functions)
- Positive mindset and attitude.
- Proactive, highly motivated, optimistic, enthusiastic, flexible, creative, organized.
- Having a basic understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Meticulous, proactive and independent.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
