As the Recruitment Department Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment efforts by compiling reports, maintaining onboarding materials, generating progress reports, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail. Join our team and help us build a successful recruitment department_
1. Compile a monthly report on the recruitment department's activities, including promotions, demotions, and campaign results.
2. Serve as the primary contact for agents with recruitment-related questions or concerns.
3. Keep onboarding materials up-to-date, such as training manuals and starter kits.
4. Generate reports to track agent progress.
5. Perform any other tasks assigned on an as-needed basis.
**Qualification**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business related field.
2. Proven experience in administrative roles
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Words)
4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
