What will you be engaged in?
The P&T team at SOCAR is focused on creating a happy and vibrant workplace and delivering an outstanding end-to-end employee experience to all SOFAM's across Malaysia and Indonesia. As our new HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to manage the end-to-end HR related matters ranging from compensation & benefits, employment and dependent passes, talent acquisition, industrial relations, change management, employee engagement as well as employee retention.
**Your Role in a Nutshell**:
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, driving our growth and ensuring our people thrive. As a key member of our HR team, you'll lead end-to-end HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee engagement, and everything in between. This may include provisions of Talent Strategy and Planning advice and customisation of HR practices, championing innovation when implementing of P&C projects and handling of the full scope of the employee life-cycle.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
- Manage all aspects of HR operations, including compensation & benefits, employment and dependent passes, employee engagement and happiness and performance coaching.
- Lead HR operations to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and initiatives, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Proficiency in using HR analytics tools to analyze data and derive insights for informed decision-making.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts to attract top-tier talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and evolution.
- Possess the ability to leverage HR technology platforms and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Foster a culture of employee engagement and retention through innovative programs and initiatives.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance HR processes and policies.

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering, data analytics, and operations.
