The position is responsible to ensure the smooth running of operations, achievement of sales target set by the Management, and to as as a liaison to all customers ensuring quality customer service at all times. Besides, playing the role to assist club manager in all matters of club's operation.
- Working cohesively with the Club Manager on all matters pertaining to the club operations and supervising the team.
- To monitor team performance and implement target set by the Management on monthly basis.
- To communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, and to build relationship and handle all customer grievances and feedback.
- To control the operation cost and maintain the stock levels in club.
- Monitor and assist staff with work progress.
- Supervise and ensure direct reporting execute company procedures and achieve departmental standards.
- To handle complaints and resolving disputes among clients, colleagues, and any other related party.
- Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Takes charge in emergency situations. Ensure security, safety& emergency procedures are followed.
- Hold absolute responsibility on the amount of cash that is made available to you for carrying out daily operations of the club.
- Ensure the safekeeping of cash and assumes full and personally responsibility for any losses incurred

**Job Requirement**:

- Posses at least SPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in any field.
- Preferably 3 years' experience in gaming club, event management, international hotels, or in the similar hospitality capacity.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay.
- Good leadership skills and strong team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong impeccable grooming and networking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
