**Requirements**:
- Team player with deep cross-group collaboration and program management skills, with experience developing efficient work plans for complex projects involving many groups, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously good communication and management skills and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to lead and impact/influence in cross-functional, global teams,
- Strong combination of business, technical, supply chain management knowledge base
- Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
- Fine-tuned communications skills (both written and verbal) and Proactive leadership skills and High tolerance for ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate and coordinate multiple functions to achieve objectives
**Responsibilities**
- Drive program deliverables by creating timeline and action plans, allocate resources, create communication plans and ensure programs are completed efficiently and on time. Develops Concept Commit (project concept, scenarios / recommended solutions, business case / budget, resource requirements, schedules)
- Understand the general objectives and plans of the assigned Business Unit and how the assigned program fulfills those objectives. Together with the senior managements, define clear objectives, timelines, results, and measures for the program, as well as resources needed to accomplish these. (Examples of specific projects are: New product introductions and development, new business development etc)
- Define and Validate Program Scope (e.g., define vision, structure, and identify priorities) - Create Project Plans and Schedules (e.g., identify key cross project dependencies; key tasks and milestones) - Drive and Manage Program Execution (e.g., manage resources and headcount, track progress, identify and resolve issues)
- Report progress to senior management and resolve conflicts, escalating when necessary.
- Clear performance objectives, timelines and measures of success will be established through different phases of program.
- Develop and maintain business relationship with customer and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Overall business management to increase revenue, profitability and inventory turns to minimize risks
- Lead customer focus team and services team
- Facilitate communication both internally and externally with customer
**KPI of Program Manager**
NPI launch/Program P&L (Profit & Loss) /Sales revenue /AR (Account Receivable) /E&O (Excess & Obsolete) /ROA (Return of Asset) /CSMP (Customer Satisfaction Measurement Program) /ITO (Inventory Turn Over)
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
