JOB SUMMARY Main job responsibilities include: - Implementing Company’s strategies for business development, sales and distribution as well as product promotions to achieve market growth, sales target and KPIs;
- Analyzing sales data to identify and prepare proposal on market demands, sales forecasts, customer preferences, sales actions, etc;
- Sales promotion of the full range of bicycle and accessories to existing or new potential customers;
- Identifying potential customers as well as developing new and existing customers;
- Managing customer relationships, AR collection and delivering excellent customer service;
- Managing social media platforms; This involves posting content on various social media platforms to engage with the target audience;
- Administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth-running business;
- Ad Hoc duties as and when required by the Management.
Two Wheels Only Sdn. Bhd. (TWO) was incorporated on 23 April 2014 in Malaysia that focuses on the sales of road and mountain bikes, parts and accessories, clothing, maintenance and repair services. At TWO, we want the customers to see us as part of their daily experience and a shop they can depend on for quick repair and maintenance service. We love cycling and like to share our passion with the cycling community. Our goal is to put more people on bicycles and enhance the Malaysian cycling scene with the ultimate goal of harnessing local talent to eventually develop into a World Champion Cyclist and Grand Tour Winners. In June 2023, we become an authorized dealer for Specialized. Specialized was founded in 1974 by Mike Sinyard, is a major American brand of bicycles and related products. Today, Specialized produces a full range of high-end and entry-level road bikes, mountain bikes, commuter/city bikes, children’s bikes, and BMX bikes. Specialized is the choice of riders on the world professional cycling circuit. The company also offers an extensive line of bike accessories, including helmets, water bottles, jerseys, tires, and shoes.
