Safety & Health Officer and Document Controller

**A) SAFETY AND HEALTH OFFICER**
1. To advise the employer or any person in charge of a place of work on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety and health of the persons employed in the place of work.
2. To inspect the place of work to determine whether any machinery, plant equipment, substance, appliance or process or any description of manual labour used in the workplace, is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working in the place of work
3. To investigate any accident, near-miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work
4. To assist the employer of the safety and health committee (SHC), if any, pursuant to regulation 11 of the OSH(SHC) Reg. 1996 in organizing and implementing occupational safety and health program at the place of work
5. To become secretary to the SHC, if any, as specified under sub-regulation 6(2) of the OSH(SHC) Reg. 1996, and perform all functions of a secretary as specified in that regulations
6. To assist the SHC in any inspection of the place of work for the purpose of checking the effectiveness and efficacy any measures taken in compliance with the Act or any regulations made under the Act
7. To collect, analyse and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning and occupational disease which have occurred at the place of work
8. To assist DOSH officer on their visit at the place of work
9. To carry out any instruction made by the employer on any matters pertaining the safety and health of the place of work
**B) DOCUMENT CONTROLLER**
1. Develop, monitor, maintaining the effectiveness, improve systems, optimize efficiency, and enhance overall performance of the integration of management system which constitute of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, FSC and PEFC CoC.
2. Coordinate, collaborate and implementing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
3. Ensure the organization's management systems comply with relevant standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, FSC and PEFC CoC.
4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of management systems and identify areas for improvement.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve issues related to the management systems.
6. Lease with Document Controller in the preparation of reports for management, stakeholders, or external auditors regarding the status and performance of management systems.
7. Lease with Document Controller for the progress and enhancement of its function
8. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to management systems.
9. Support the organization during external audits or certification processes.

Pay: RM1,608.51 - RM3,038.00 per month
