**What are we looking for?**

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. We are looking for an experienced Business Engagement to join our team:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Managing a team of Engagement Managers to drive customer success and satisfaction;
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies, testing, execution and analysis of Customer programs;
- Ensure Customer’s enthusiasm with relationship and reference-ability of client with prospects;
- Coordinating and managing internal and external client meetings; responsible for daily/weekly communication with key contacts;
- Maintain strong relationship and support from Customer’s data team, analytics team, and all user teams;
- Accountability for setting and delivering on commitments to Customer;
- Ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables to Customer and proper expectation management;
- Providing leadership and direction to internal teams on behalf of the Customer;
- Work with our clients to plan yearly roadmaps and/or year-long projects;
- Communicate relationship and project status on a regular basis;
- Help determine team strategy, milestones, scope and schedule as it relates to the overall client roadmap;
- Advise on resourcing / planning meetings to account for staffing needs based on incoming and proactive opportunities;
- Work with core internal team to find ways of being proactive in presenting new ideas and creating opportunities for additional client work;
- In-depth understanding of our client’s business and digital landscape;
- Develop and build working relationships with clients.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years in similar position
- Client-facing consultative and relationship management skills;
- Domain expertise in IT services and/or digital product development.
- Ability to develop Proposal and SOW

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
