To provide sales support to frontline sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
- To manage administrative tasks, such as lead generation and appointment booking, so that salespeople can get on with creating more opportunities to sell.
- To implement sales methodology and best practices.
- To monitor and track sales KPIs and metrics.
- To identify and provide list of sales training required for sales team improvement.
- Responsible of handle and manage Customer Relationship Management.
- Responsible of handle or marketing plan and strategies.
- Responsible for lead management, sales strategy, and territory structuring and alignment to sales process optimization, sales automation, training, and data analytics and reporting.
- Measure and evaluate sales data to conclude how effective a product, sales process, or campaign has been.
- To examining past data and previous trends to forecast future sales growth on the needs and goals of future campaigns.
- To create a tactical sales strategy and set objective around sales team.
- To structuring a sales procedure that improves conversion, shorten the sales cycle, and maximizes profitability.
- In charge of keeping sales team accountable by reporting on sales and campaign outcomes and communicating news and wins.
- Oversees the management and use of the necessary technical tools and platforms, often in close consultation with the IT department.
- Responsible for deciding and assigning sales briefs to each sales person on specific physical territories or certain industry sectors that need to be targeted.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
