**Strategy Planning & Implementation**

1.Create a business plan over a 3 years horizon keeping in mind the changing consumer trends, market place and gain market leadership in the multi branded space for Bata.

2.Communicate and align the teams to the organization’s vision and goals to ensure successful wholesale business model

3.Lead the Wholesale/Multi branded business for the organization with the objective of contributing to the company’s business and operational stability and health within the purview of the country policies and statutory guidelines.

4. Have a fair understanding of the local market map including competitive SWOT including maintaining good relationship with all Wholesale customers and distributors.

5**.**Build and execute a strategic marketing plan for establishing & enhancing brand image working closely with Marketing team

6.Formulate policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers, distributors and stockiest.

7.Ensure an increased market share and profitability by facilitating market development, brand management and business development. Focus on business development through domestic / export markets (defined geographies) and building the brand of the company in the domestic /exports market

8.Continuously monitor the pricing patterns within the market, checking the prices for the desired products regularly with respect to their competitiveness and value as perceived by the customers, deciding upon pricing from time to time on a need basis to ensure the products are sold with highest recoveries possible

**Business Operations**

1.To achieve the Revenue and EBIT estimates, manage the entire P & L for the wholesale business

2. To identify new partners across locations based on consumer need, market feasibility and overall returns for the company

3. Ensure excellent customer service by ensuring best quality people and trained people across levels.

4. Monitor weekly performance of the partners, sales funnel and initiate corrective action where required

5. Create consumer campaigns (including annual and seasonal advertising plans) in association with Marketing function to create visibility in dealer stores and to drive the target sales.

6. Develop one on one relationship with CXO level management at Client’s organizations

7. Establish a Structured Sales and Key Account Management process while being responsible for the efficient operations of the dealer promotion services.

8. Track sales funnel on a periodic basis, support for conversions and grow and account

9. To ensure equitable distribution of the company’s product in such a manner that customer’s requirement are met on time and that goodwill is maintained.

**Merchandizing, Product Development & Distribution**

1. Ensure shoe line development is harmonized with the business concept and strategy

2. Work closely with the Merchandizing, Collections & Sourcing to continuously provide improved collections (designs, quality and value) and maximize SKU’s productivity

3. Plan and manage OTB Budget and sourcing for all categories

4.Ensure that product development is based on creativity and directed towards achieving the following objectives:
a. Maximum appeal to consumer needs in the market

b. Excellence of merchandise

c. Continuous innovation and improvement in shoes and process

d. Shoeline representing outstanding value to consumers, and profitable to produce

5. Maintain contact with respective customers, consumers, stores and salesmen in order to be informed of requirements, new ideas and problems in respect of shoeline.

6. Adopt best practices of stock management and implement necessary actions

7. Implement required actions to ensure aging stock is within the norms of the company

8. Work closely with the Distribution team for ensuring the right stock at the right time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
