**Responsibilities**:
- Handle secretarial work and incorporation of companies.
- Assist superior in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties.
- Assist superior to maintain statutory books and records and ensure proper filling system for secretarial documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate lodgment or submission of statutory forms to relevant authorities such as SSM, LHDN & others.
- Prepare certified documents.
- To perform any other ad hoc secretarial tasks whenever is required.
**Job Requirements**:
- Has a diploma/ degree in corporate administration, business administration or its equivalent with relevant experience in the company secretary field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work well with people at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
