- 負責一般會計職能。
- 為每月管理帳戶準備全套帳戶。
- 準備每週銀行對帳單和月末報告/日記帳。
- 及時準備財務帳目
- 每月監控所有債權人和債務人的現金餘額和帳齡清單。
- 出席每月會議、臨時股東大會和年度股東大會,並提交財務報告
- 參加與客戶的會議,澄清疑問並跟進會議上提出的問題。
- 準備法定稅
- 預算編制、預測、現金流管理
- 處理現金流、財務和銀行活動
- 審查和監控與信貸、收款和付款相關的日常活動
- 必要時與內部和外部各方聯絡,即。審計師、稅務代理人、銀行家
- 確保遵守財務政策和程序
- 作為團隊或單獨工作以實現目標
- 確保文件組織良好並歸檔為最新
- 確保帳目得到徹底、及時的處理和跟進
- 完成日常運作職責並協助不時分配的臨時一般行政事務。
- 根據需要協助住戶/大樓經理完成其他任務。

**工作要求**
- 最低要求:SPM / LCCI 文憑或以上。
- 最好有2年以上物業管理業會計工作經驗,熟悉物業管理制度。
- 獨立、具說服力的人際溝通能力和以結果為導向
- 以目標為導向,有能力在壓力下工作以實現目標
- 有物業管理業經驗者優先
- 精通英語和馬來語的書面和口語
- 懂電腦:Microsoft Word / Excel
- 良好的工作態度,充滿熱情,上進心,能夠與各個層次的人進行良好的溝通
- 馬來西亞公民
- 申請人必須願意搬遷或前往外地。
