Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for general accounting function.
- preparing full set account for monthly management account.
- To prepare weekly bank reconciliation & month end reports / journals.
- To prepare financial account in a timely manner
- To monitor monthly the cash balances and the aging list for all creditor and debtor.
- Attends monthly meeting, EGM and AGM, and present financial reports
- Attend meetings with clients, provide clarifications to queries and follow up on issues raised at the meetings.
- To prepare statutory tax
- Preparation of budgets, forecast, cash flow management
- To handle cash flow, treasury and banking activities
- Review and monitor day to day activities related to credit and collections and payments
- Liaising with internal and external parties when necessary ie. Auditor, tax agent, bankers
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Work together as a team or individually to meet targets
- Ensure documents are well organized and filed up to-date
- Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner
- To complete daily operational duties and assist in ad-hoc general administration assigned from time to time.
- Assist the Resident/Building Manager with other tasks as and when required.
**Job Requirements**
- Min requirements: SPM / LCCI Diploma or above.
- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in accounting for property management industry and familiar with property management system.
- Independent, with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets
- Experience in Property management industry would be an added advantage
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate: Microsoft Word / Excel
- Good working attitude, passionate, self-motivated and able to communicate well with people of all levels
- Malaysian citizen
