Accounts & Admin Executive

**Job Scope**:
- Handle full set GL accounts, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable functions, as and when necessary.
- Provide sales and purchasing support in terms of getting quotations, keying sales and purchase orders, preparing sales invoices and credit notes, ensuring work is filed properly.
- Process sales/purchase orders, tax invoices and coordinate on local deliveries.
- Ensure completeness of billing documents, proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary records.
- Perform administration duties, when necessary
- To assist in adhoc duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
