**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for all HR related matters including department day-to-day operational activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedure.
- Check and maintain payroll data in SAP system.
- Administer employees’ benefits including leave management, processing medical claims and bills, and issuing medical guarantee letter as when required.
- Manage internship-related matters including recruitment.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing employee identification card and door access card.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business studies or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in HR administrative role is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skill in BM and English.
- Detailed oriented with high level of accuracy on data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- HR: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
