Sales Executive

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy **Sales Executive **to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Implement different sales strategies and sales activities to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to the clients.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collect and analyse market responses & information on potential competitors and report to the company.
- Assist in formulating marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Provide aftersales services, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Assist the superiors in other ad hoc assignments as and when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- A diploma or degree in any field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Experience in e-commerce industry is an added advantage
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
