- Monthly bank reconciliation and report management
- Provide Project Managers with timely financial reports and budgets, and project forecasts
- Prepare actual costs, working capital and tax reports
- Prepare pre-billing reports for Project Managers to review.
- Review budgets including staffing, work plans and fees structure
- Ensuring a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 2 years and above experiences in the construction field
- Proficiency in managing general ledgers, journal entries and account reconciliations
- The ability to operate SAP systems will be an added advantage
- Willing to learn, can do attitude, high discipline in meeting deadline
