Human Resources Executive

To support and execute all Human Resource functions including Payroll Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits and other HR administrative tasks.
- Review employee attendance reports on a daily basis.
- Issuance of HR correspondence letters such as Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer and etc.
- Coordinate in all recruitment activities across the Company.
- Manage recruitment process by posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
- To create and maintaining employee records in HRMS system, attendance record, leave record and ensure all information are kept confidential.
- To maintain proper filling and safekeeping of all HR related documents.
- Any other tasks that being assigned by superior or Management as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or other related fields.
- 2 years relevant working experience and recruitment handling is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and with good attention to details.
- Good writing and communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and
- Good communication in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
