**Position Overview**:
As a Personal Assistant to Directors, you'll be the right-hand person to our executive team, utilizing your intelligence and technological prowess to drive efficiency and innovation. Your proactive nature and strong communication skills will be key as you tackle challenges head-on and ensure smooth operations for our directors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leverage your technological expertise to manage executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, and other materials with attention to detail and a focus on clarity and effectiveness.
- Act as a vocal and proactive liaison between directors and internal/external stakeholders, communicating effectively and anticipating needs.
- Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in solving problems and addressing issues before they escalate, contributing to a proactive and solution-oriented environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and correspondence.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional intelligence and a genuine passion for technology, demonstrated through previous work experience or academic achievements.
- Proven experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in a variety of digital tools and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management platforms, and communication tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a knack for anticipating needs and finding solutions before issues arise.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: RM1,806.52 - RM3,500.00 per month
