**Job Description**:
- Perform administrative functions.
- Collaborate and handle general admin matters with other departments.
- Handling travel arrangements for MOE1 staffs - flight, visa, hotel.
- Prepare documents, presentation package (in Power Point), data compilation and reports - update and track - organization charts, job description, headcount, etc. as required.
- Assist DH on projects following up and reporting.
- Asset (MAE), Jig and fixture, overhead expenses order; generate purchase requisition in SAP System and tracking.
- Document controller - update and maintain document control system, hardcopy document control and distribution.
- MOE1 Stationery, ESD shoe order and control.
- To perform DSP (Data Security Partner) tasks for MOE1.
- Any other related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience in PCBA manufacturing operation and Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Words.
- Experience in using SAP will be advantage.
- Good in document control.
- Good sense of cost consciousness.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written media (English and Malay).
- Team player and able to work with all level associate.
