Human Resources Executive

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30AM - 5.30PM), Saturday (8.30AM - 1.30PM)
Location: No 5A, Jalan Ainsdale 1/5, Bandar Ainsdale, 70200 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

**Responsibilities**:
1) Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are aligned with
company goals and objectives.
2) Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new
employees.
3) Administer employee benefits, compensation, and ensure they are compliant with labor laws
and regulations.
4) Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and
disciplinary actions.
5) Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs, and provide support for employee
training and development initiatives.
6) Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files,
employee data, and performance metrics.
7) Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support for
performance improvement efforts.
8) Act as a resource for employees on HR-related topics and provide advice and guidance on
HR policies, procedures, and practices.
9) Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR
support and alignment with overall business goals.
10) Responsibilities involving administrative duties, as well as various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,487.42 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Seremban 2: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
