Human Resource Executive

Oversee the entire spectrum of Human Resources functions, encompassing recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, performance appraisal, evaluation, attendance management, and compensation and benefits administration.
- Take charge of payroll management, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, employee confirmation, annual appraisal and evaluation, address employee concerns, and update HR policies in alignment with group HR policies, the local Employment Act, 1955, and other pertinent labor rules and regulations.
- Maintaining employee records, preparing, and updating HR policies and procedures, and managing employee benefits, performance management, recruitment, payroll processing and employee relations.
- Liaise with government statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, etc., to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Familiar with local labour legislation and requirements and ensure full compliance.
- Able to handle complex payroll matters especially in dealing with expatriates compensation and taxation matters
- Prepare employment-related letters and maintain employee personal file and ensure all information are accurate, current, and complete
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments/duties as and when required by the superior.
