Human Resources Officer

**Job Responsibility**
- Assist in recruitment activities such as screening and coordinate on the interview arrangement.
- Handle employee disciplinary issues.
- Ensure timely work permit renewal for Expatriate and foreign workers.
- Assist to arrange foreign worker FOMEMA check-up, Passport renewal, Insurances such as IG & SKHPPA purchase.
- Assist in employee training activities.
- Dealing with HRDF for any related matters engaged with training and claims.
- Responsible for Canteen Management such as ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the canteen, price monitoring of foods and checking and verify canteen invoice.
- Responsible for Hostel Management for workers periodically check hostel cleanliness to ensure in compliance with the government requirements.
- Supervise site workers of the company to ensure cleanliness of the office and factory
- Manage day-to-day HR operations tasks.
- Answer and redirect incoming telephone calls as needed.
- To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar in HR2000 Quick Pay and Quick TMS system is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
