**Job Summary**:

- Handling the company’s payable, receivables and accounting journals to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and accounting standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise accounting functions, full set of accounts and related duties.
- Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and control procedures.
- Reviewing financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy.
- Forecast, prepare and monitor company cash flows.
- Responsible for issuing cheques; preparing and reviewing bank reconciliation.
- To maintain fixed assets register/file, ensure proper recording and determine whether to write off.
- To assist in ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
- Advise account staff on any operations or financial issues.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure overall day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- To liaise with external parties with respect to accounting related matters e.g. auditor and government department.
- To assist in ad-hoc accounting and/or finance assignments.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. A professional qualification such as MIA/ACCA/CPA is a plus.
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with Audit/Taxation.
- Knowledge in UBS system.

- Ability to coach and motivate employees.

**Working Hours**: Normal working hours (5 days work).

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
