_**Key Responsibilities**_

**Executive Support**:

- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.

**Office Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the executive office.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.

**Project Management**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
- Track project progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare project reports and presentations.

**Event Planning**:

- Organize and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.

**Document Management**:

- Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents and presentations as needed.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Financial Administration**:

- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursements.
- Handle petty cash and maintain financial records.

**Communication**:

- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Represent the executive in meetings and on calls when necessary.

**Human Resources Support**:

- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR-related inquiries.
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee recognition programs.
- **Skills and Qualifications**_
- **Educational Background**: SPM/ STPM/ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Several years of experience in administrative or executive support roles. Experience in a similar industry can be an advantage. Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with office equipment.

- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in managing schedules, documents, and communications.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
