Operations Administrator Executive

Company Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Administrator to enhance the daily operations at our fast-growing medical and distributions company. This role includes a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining and improving our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Answering phones, maintaining financial and client records, handling maintenance issues, and providing general administrative assistance as needed.
- Inventory Management: Keeping accurate records of inventory to ensure seamless operational activities.
- Customer Interaction: Undertaking customer calls, processing orders, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Team Support: Acting as a support system for the sales team to coordinate activities and ensure efficient daily operations.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring all filings and documentations are accurately maintained and procedures are strictly followed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Duties:
- Processing orders and ensuring they are completed on time for both domestic and international customers.
- Following up with regulatory bodies as required.
- Ensuring proper filing, documentation, and procedural compliance in daytoday operations.
Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative/Operations: 2 years (required)
