**What's the role?**
We are looking for a Finance Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and supporting our Finance Director in day-to-day tasks. You will be the backbone of our organisation, assisting in various administrative duties and ensuring seamless communication within the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for finance-related data entry tasks.

**What will you do?**
Day-to-day, you will:

- Handle administrative tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Assist in organising meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Support the Director in various projects and assignments.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized and presentable.
- Assist in planning and organising company events and activities.
- Take initiative in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions.
- Perform finance-related data entry tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Accurately enter financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Provide exceptional support to the Director in all aspects of their role.

**Requirement**
You'll succeed in this role if you:

- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or personal assistant role
- Are a Diploma holder (Bachelor's degree is a bonus)
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Are detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Have proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Are discreet and able to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism
- Are a team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Are available for a full-time, permanent position
