General Insurance Broking Manager

1. To report to the Head of Department on any matters assigned operationally and administratively.
2. To assist in day to day operations of Corporate Broking Department and Claims Department.
3. To delegate and supervise work of subordinates for any assigned task.
4. To ensure prompt collection of premium from clients and to ensure that the CBC and Premium Warranty requirements are being complied with.
5. To promote organic growth with existing clients.
6. To assist on new business assigned by the Senior Management.
7. To prepare monthly reports as required by the Senior Management.
8. To ensure adequacy and development of personnel in the unit.
9. To ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
10. To perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Management.
**MINIMUM COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**
1. Professional Insurance qualification-ACII/AAII/AMII/AIIC/BCCITB/CPCU/Fellow from Life Management Institute or
2. Degree in any discipline
3. Minimum 4 years working experience in insurance industry.
4. Must be computer literate
5. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Good communication, negotiation, written and interpersonal skill.
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
