Sales Admin Assistant

Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for clerical duties such as filing documentation, generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data, provide administrative support of company
- Responsibilities Handle prepare purchase orders, delivery orders, tax invoice, proforma invoice
- Assist in daily administration duties
- Manage the customer database and responsible for all the day to day post sales activities
- To handle and coordinate administrative duties
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
- Follow up delivery schedules with supplier
- Assist and support other daily administrative duties, operation task, data entry, filling & documentation, receiving calls & etc.
- Assist in prepare quotation and follow up
- Process sales order and related documents
- Work closely with sales team on sales related issue
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Perform receiving in the system & compile all supplier invoice & pass to finance department for payment process
Requirement
- Positive working attitude, self-motivated and hardworking
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin.
- Required multi-tasking skill, organizational and time-management skills
- Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Age 18 - 25 years old
- Male or Female
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
