IT Admin Officer

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support (front desk and back end support) for IT Division in the office.
- Handing and monitoring on IT support / request.
- Preparing meeting minutes for internal and client meeting.
- Assist manager in providing support to clients.
- Assist manager in implementing quality management processes for software products and services.
- Assist manager on recruitment process. Conducting trainings on in-house product.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Prepare correspondences and documents, and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
- Assist manager in maintaining employees’ leave, medical and attendance record.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science
- Fresh grads are welcome
- Mandarin speaker is encourage to apply
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
