**Responsibilities**
- Assist to monitor and maintain the office environment to ensure it is clean, safe, and operationally efficient. Arrange for necessary repairs or servicing when required.
- Facilitate the smooth integration of new employees into the organization by providing them with the necessary guidance and orientation.
- Assist to Oversee the allocation and management of petty cash, ensuring responsible disbursement and meticulous financial record keeping.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all necessary provisions and accommodations are in place for an efficient process.
- Monitor and maintain an ample supply of office stationeries and pantry items, replenishing stock as required.
- Aid in the preparation of meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution to relevant team members.
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to all walk-in guests.
- Take charge of the organization and reservation of meeting rooms and logistics for company events.
- Carry out any other administrative duties as assigned by Management in a timely and efficient manner. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments are crucial for this role.

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Degree in any relevant field is required.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Mandarin speaker is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
