**Human Resources Manager**
**Purpose of Role**
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for Tenby International School, Setia Ecohill.

Tenby International School Setia EcoHill is one of the newer schools in the Tenby family and is set in a wonderful 14-acre campus with outstanding facilities. The essence of the school is that it puts great teachers with great students and provides the resources, facilities and freedom to progress with learning. Tenby Setia EcoHill adapts the best of both traditional and modern learning and assessment pedagogy. Results are constantly reviewed, and targets set to continuously improve. Tenby Schools are a part of International Schools Partnership (ISP), a dynamic network of 50 schools in 15 different countries committed to an organisational learning culture of “getting better”.

ISP Malaysia operates the Tenby Schools, Asia Pacific Schools and Straits International Schools where we are strategically located covering the Klang Valley, Perak, Penang and Johor within Malaysia. This is a leadership role, **reporting to the Campus Principal**, responsible for the full spectrum of HR-related functions. This is a role for someone who is able to drive staff engagement, is performance-driven and able to capably act as an advisor on HR-related matters

**Human Resources Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibility 1: Recruitment, Onboarding and Talent Management**
- Responsible for staff onboarding implementing a structured and engaging approach to help staff transition to the school.

**Key Responsibility 2: Performance Management and Talent Management**
- Implement and enhance the performance management policies and procedures for Academic and Administrative staff. Align the current framework with regional and central requirements.
- Emphasise a culture of 2-way feedback and an interactive approach in relation to goal setting, mid-year and final year-end appraisal.
- Responsible for communications and follow-ups in relation to key processes and ensures that relevant documentation is compiled and/or maintained in the HRIS.
- Assist in initiating and oversees the procedures for managing poor performers.
- Assist in the retention of identified key talents and succession planning activities.
- Lead the operations staff Continuous Professional Development (CPD) plan, with scheduled activities throughout the year including delivering modules throughout the year to teachers in the parallel teaching staff CPD plan.

**Key Responsibility 3: Staff Survey and Staff Engagement**
- Help communicate and drive participation in the Interim (Net Promoter Score) and Annual Staff surveys.
- Assist in the analysis of the survey results, identification of key focus areas and engagement priorities.
