We are looking for a dedicated Manager, Learning & Development to build talent management frameworks, enhance talent capabilities and career development programs. You will be mainly responsible for spearheading the learning, performance, and talent development initiatives within the organization.

**What do we need you to do?**
- Learning & Development Strategy: You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy by identifying skill gaps and training needs across various departments and levels of the organization. Create learning programs and initiatives that cater to different learning styles and preferences.
- Talent Development: You will be collaborating with departmental leaders to identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans. Design and facilitate talent development programs to nurture future leaders and foster a culture of internal promotion and career growth.
- Performance Management: You will be crucial in developing & refining a robust performance management system by implementing performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews. Coach and support managers in providing constructive feedback and addressing performance issues.
- Career Development: You will be responsible for implementing a career development framework that empowers employees to take charge of their career growth. Provide guidance and resources to employees to identify career paths and opportunities within the company. Collaborate with managers to create succession plans for key roles to ensure a smooth talent pipeline.
- Leadership Development: You will be involved in designing leadership development programs that nurture effective leadership qualities and behaviors. Identify potential leaders and provide them with targeted development opportunities.
- HR Digitalization Transformation: You will be crucial in leading the HR Digitalization Transformation for the Learning & Performance Module. Identify areas within the learning and performance management processes that can benefit from digitalization and automation. Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to select and implement suitable HR software and tools.

**What do we need from you?**
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / Business studies or any related field.
- At least a minimum of 5 years of proven working & managerial experience in HR, specifically in Learning & Development, Talent & Performance management
- Do you possess a HR Professional certification and Certified Trainer? That is a plus point for you

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
