Japanese Team Team Leader

**Job Summary**:
As a Japanese Speaking Team Leader, you will manage and guide a team that provides chat support through social media. Your primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize team performance by overseeing daily operations, developing staff, and ensuring quality management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Management**:
- Lead and mentor team members to improve performance.
- Create and manage work schedules.
- Set and monitor progress towards performance goals.
- **Customer Support**:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently through social media channels.
- Address complex issues and escalated cases.
- **Performance Evaluation**:
- Regularly evaluate team member performance and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- **Training and Development**:
- Design and conduct training programs for new hires.
- Implement ongoing training sessions to ensure skill development.
- **Quality Control**:
- Monitor the quality of customer interactions and suggest improvements.
- Prepare regular reports and present them to senior management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
- At least 2 years of Managing experience in customer support or a call center
- Knowledge and experience with social media platforms
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
