Mid Valley City, Malaysia Proven Venture Capital PLT Full time

Working closely with the investment & operations teammates in providing support for due diligence in projects for investment decision making.
- Good knowledge in budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow analysis, financial analysis, reporting to stakeholders etc.
- Support on the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analysing and interpreting financial data to support business decisions.
- Liaise with brokers for stockbroking activities.
- Continuously monitor and review of Malaysia’s stock market and to provide a brief report on potential stocks to invest in.
- Managing ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related sectors.
- Basic knowledge on financial data analysis ie the discounted cash flow analysis
- Familiar with listing requirement (Bursa Malaysia / SC) and accounting standards.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- In-depth knowledge of Financial Statements rules & regulations, guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities, risk management control, listing rules, etc.
- A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, organized, and able to learn quickly, and independently with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- An excellent team player who is able to engage internal and external stakeholders of all levels with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
