1. Develop, coordinate and implement Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies, practices, procedures, and programs in compliance to company’s aspiration and regulatory requirements.

2. Monitor and review the progress of company ESG activities.

3. Support the Management in driving the education, communication, training, and implementation of the ESG across the company, including its related companies, business associates, sub-contractors and supply chains, where relevant.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to ESG activities.

5. Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics - sustainability report.

**Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Role**

1. Lead company’s OHS initiatives in accordance to prevailing law and requirements.

2. Conduct OHS Audits, analyse data and records to ensure the quality of implementation.

3. Oversee/identify workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees' safety.

4. Lead the industrial accident/incident investigation, and suggest improvement plan.

5. Work with HR to set up a new employee and contractors’ on-boarding training for safety.

6. Provide training and coaching to employees on OHS best practices and requirements.

7. GMP for OHS - implementation and scheduled audit.

**Risk Management Role**

1. Identify and evaluate potential hazards and risks, develop measures and implement to mitigate them.

2. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

3. Assists in the development and delivery of Operational Processes safety.

4. Monitor follow-up actions in cases where violations are found, and review risk compliance assessment reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
