Job Description
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Head of Division.
- Coordinates and facilitates the Head of Division’s calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.
- Dealing with correspondences and writing letters, taking minutes of meeting and ensure proper dissemination.
- Receive, monitor and track documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signatures, distribution and responses.
- To coordinate remittance and cheques approval and ensure the proper signatories for all cheques issued.
- A custodian of petty cash floats who is responsible for ensuring that petty cash funds are physically secured at all times.
- Undertake any special assignments, other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Head of Division.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 year(s) working experience in same field of work.
- Good command in both oral and written English.
- Computer literate and skilled in MS Office Applications.
- Good interpersonal skill, positive attitudes with pleasant personality.
- Ability to control and maintain multi-task efficiently.
- Mature, independent, possess a high degree of initiative and integrity as well as diplomatic and tactful.
- Strong coordination, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Must possess own transport.
