Job Description:

- Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and Administrative support function such as typing and sending corresponds, reports, scheduling an appointment, screening calls, transmitting faxes, photocopying, filling, including handling personal matters
- Coordinate and make arrangement for appointments, meetings, travel and reservation, maintaining record and files, administering confidential document.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably two (2) years working experience in Secretarial/Admin functions.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Good communication, interpersonal, planning and organisational skills and abilities.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
