Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia KLOE HOTEL Full time

Admin Executive will be reporting to the Accounts Manager and General Manager. The main scope will include general administrative tasks and handling purchasing tasks for the hotel.

**Responsibilities**:

- General administration support; processing correspondence and letters, photocopying, printing, scanning, typing, couriers, maintaining contact databases and upkeep of filing.
- Responsible for office environment and upkeep of staff pantry.
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol.
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed.
- Responsible for the hotel equipment and supplies procurement and purchasing.
- Advise the Company and relevant departments on purchase methods, alternative products and suppliers and substitute products, if applicable.
- Correspond and communicate with suppliers and department regarding product quality, services, and complaints.
- Assist the keep-up of inventories in various departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess at least Diploma in administration or related field.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in administrative positions. Experience in hospitality setting is an added advantage.
- Positive, cheerful personality with strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & G suites and various administrative tools

Position only opens for Malaysian or Malaysia Permanent Resident.

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
