**Filing and Document Management**: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files and documents. This includes creating new files, labeling, and ensuring proper storage.
**Answering Phones**: Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
**Mail Handling**: Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages. Preparing outgoing mail and arranging for courier or postal services as needed.
**Billing and Invoicing**: Assisting with billing procedures, generating invoices, and processing payments. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing policies.
**Record Keeping**: Maintaining records of financial transactions, personnel records, and other important documents.
**General Administrative Support**: Providing general administrative support to various departments or individuals within the organization, which may include photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
**Compliance**: Ensuring that administrative processes adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
**Reporting**: Compiling and preparing reports, as requested by management, using data collected and maintained in administrative tasks.
**Problem Solving**: Resolving administrative problems by coordinating with other departments, identifying solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
**Maintaining Confidentiality**: Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintaining the security and confidentiality of records.
