**Chef Job Description**:
- We are looking several chefs who are professional, and responsible chef specialize in Yakiniku, Sushi, and Teppanyaki
- Also looking for Assistant Sous Chef.
- Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs
- Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction & resolve customer problems and concerns
- Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
- Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.
- Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.
- Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
**Job Requirements**
- Applicant must be passionate in food and beverage as well as taking care of customers
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work on rotation shifts, weekend and public holidays
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,750.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
