Job Description

**Description**
1. Ensure a good working environment and employee relations throughout the kitchen and should further be responsible for the training and professional development of all Tosca kitchen staff.
2. Create and develop new dishes and recipes in cooperation with respective team members by keeping up with the latest market trends.
3. Plan, co-ordinate and supervise, together with all relevant Sous Chefs on all menu implementation in a timely manner.
