ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment and contribute to delivering high-quality meals to our customers.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef who can lead the kitchen team and oversee menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and working rights in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and create new recipes and menu items
* Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
* Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring proper food handling and safety
* Ensure the consistency and quality of dishes served
* Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage food waste
* Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Requirements
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience
* Working rights in Malaysia
