**Job Descriptions**
- Assist the MICE sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach efforts.
- Support on sales person day to day the booking, datelines and follow-ups on client requirements.
- Coordinate the scheduling of client appointments, sales meetings, and site visits.
- Prepare and distribute sales quotation, proforma invoice, payment, booking confirmation and Event Order agreements to clients and internal operations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as booking, event planning, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of MICE events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contact information, and sales activity reports in the D365 system.
- Respond to client inquiries, requests for information, and follow-up on sales leads promptly and professionally.
- Support the development of sales presentations, marketing materials, and sales collateral specific to the MICE segment.
- Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics reports for senior management review.

**Job Requirement**
- Possesses CGPA 3.0.
- Minimum 1 year experience in events / hotel / MICE / tourism. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and basic event profit & loss plan.
- Must be MS Office proficient - use of Powerpoint, MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- MICE (Meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions): 3 years (preferred)
