Position Overview:
Are you an enthusiastic individual with a knack for interior design and project management? We're looking for a Project Executive to oversee the setup and renovation processes for our homestays. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:
Full-Cycle Management: Supervise and manage the complete renovation and setup process, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive progress reports and final assessments for each project, highlighting key milestones and outcomes.

Visual Documentation: Capture compelling photos and videos showcasing our homestay setups, contributing to our marketing and promotional efforts.

Cost Control: Implement effective cost management strategies throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and efficient communication with clients, suppliers, and company management to ensure project objectives are met.

**Requirements**:
Transportation: Own transportation (car) is a requirement for site visits and meetings.

Language Skills: Fluency in Bahasa and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.

Compensation

Before probation:
Basic salary of RM 2300-2600 plus a RM 200 allowance

with potential KPI bonuses ranging from RM 800 to RM 2000.

EPF Contributions: Enjoy EPF (Employees Provident Fund) benefits.

Accommodation: Zero deposit for hostel accommodation; only rental fees required to move in.

Working Hours:
Schedule: 6 days a week

Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
