**JOB SPECIFICATION FOR MARKETING MANAGER**

1. Responsible for creating and delivering marketing idea and activities, concepts and creates marketing material, manages projects and ensures company messages are consistent.

2. Markets product by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, planning meetings and trade shows, maintaining data bases, preparing reports

Related duties and responsibilities

1. Prepares needed business plan for the requires concept

2. Reviews all positive factors to ensure optimal success

3. Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans and objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentation, updating calendars

4. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data

5. Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphic department, inventorying stock, placing orders, verifying receipt

6. Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristic, market share, pricing and advertising, maintaining research databases.
- Develop, forecast, monitor campaign budgets and growth
- Plan and manage our strategies on social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
